            Abstract : 
A method has been proposed in this paper to register cardiac diffusion tensor magnetic resonance image (DT-MRI). The method consists of denoising two diffusion tensor images(DTIs), registering the initial transverse magnetization images, A(0), by B-spline free-form deformation, warping and reorienting DTI according to the displacement got from registration. The method is then used to register real cardiac diffusion tensor images slice-by-slice. The experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in registering cardiac DTI data.
