Abstract :
In order to test the capabilities of amplifiers to withstand loads of a given VSWR but with any phase, a load should be built which has a phase which can be changed by a complete revolution, at least 360°, for all of the given bandwidth. To achieve this goal, a lumped adjustable two sectional phase rotator is presented which can be adjusted by a variable capacitor in each section.
