  • Abstract
    The university journals are not only an media of demonstrating the teaching and researching level of universities, but also an important window to exchange academy with others. However the quality of university journal and source of manuscripts decreased owing to the imperfect scientific evaluation system, which lead the academic influence of university journals decreased obviously. The university journals should play discipline advantage and strengthen the characteristic column. The high quality manuscripts can be obtained by stabilizing the core authors of native school, striving for the authors of other universities and actively cultivating the authors of postgraduates. Preferential policy can be adopted to attract the excellent manuscripts which determined the quality of university journals. The quality and academic influence of university journal can be improved by the connotative development and sustainable manage the manuscripts source of the university journals.
