Abstract
This paper analyzes the development duration of organization theory base on construing the organization connotation. For this kind of organization transformation, this paper has put forward the study of the unitary organization capability, not for sticking at the point of the researching the organization focus capability. This paper analyzes the organizational maturity model and puts forward the organizational maturity model with its organization capability and corresponding resolution, and points out the content of ways of raising organization capability and the method of evaluating capability. It also puts forward that organizational maturity model not only get a test result, but also help organization finding out the method of advancing organization capability.
