Abstract :
New telecommunication architectures must support advanced multimedia and multiparty services. Our work is based on the extension of the intelligent network control to support an advanced videoconference service. In order to cope with the increasing complexity of telecommunication services it becomes necessary to define basic components within these services. These components can be regarded as the building blocks of the service. Intelligent call control techniques will provide the key for accommodating both the flexibility with respect to occasional and complex services and the high performance with respect to highly penetrated services into one single network
