Abstract :
This paper focuses on development by Alenia Aerospazio of a second generation miniaturized channel amplifier (CAMP), realized in a single macrohybrid integrating GaAs MMICs, digital and linear ICs, operating in the 10.7 to 12.7 GHz range for on-board satellite repeaters.
