Logistics outsourcing, logistics self-commitment and part outsourcing part self-commitment are major ways of enterprise logistics service organizational strategy modes. In reality, due to the complex objective and subjective conditions, when enterprises choice their logistics service modes they must consider many drives in order to make a reasonable decision. So, it is very important to study the relations between enterprises´ logistics operation modes and decision drives. Based on the sample survey about the enterprise logistics services activities, starting from the environmental structural factors put forward by early studies, three sorts of main decision drives of enterprise logistics service organizational strategies are put forward in this paper. On this basis, the relations between different logistics service concrete modes and three series of decision drives of enterprises are analyzed by using correspondence analysis so as to make a reference for the decision actions of enterprise logistics service.
