Abstract :
New representation of field components of electromagnetic wave diffraction on a slit is proposed. It should be denoted that our solution of slit diffraction problem consist of two parts: diffraction field based of Fresnel complex integral derived from rigorous Sommerfield´s solution and interaction wave described the peculiarity of diffraction process on subwavelength apertures. It is described the properties and peculiarities of the introduced component of diffraction field that corresponds to boundary condition in a Dirichlet-type screen.
