            Abstract : 
This paper describes the design and test results of a noval X+Ku band monopulse antenna configuration suitable for a miniature on-board radar. The ku band antenna is a conventional five layer slotted waveguide array monopulse construction. The slots are printed on the ground plane of X-band printed monopulse array. The X-band printed array is realized as a single-layer print on top of slotted array with feed-thru from slotted array wall. The results are very good. This type of antenna is well suited to accomodate two radars on a common gimball platform. While one operates in X-band, the other in Ku-band in orthogonal polarization.
