Abstract
The use of agents in workflows has been studied in several research papers. Contributions of agents to workflows include scalability, performance, distribution and interoperability. This paper shows the first steps towards an integrated approach for business workflows modelling using an agent oriented methodology called INGENIAS. It includes a modelling case for the telecommunications industry.
