Abstract
Based on a straightforward understanding of set operations the authors suggest that there exists a method of embedding a fuzzy logic system into a Boolean algebra so that the logical consistency may be guaranteed. The suggested logic system, called a Boolean fuzzy logic system, is defined. By formulating the fuzzy logic system in this way, there arises the possibility of inheriting a large store of axioms that are known in the traditional binary logic system
