Abstract :
The emergence of Virtual Reality Technology provides an effective way to solve problems in the process of traditional product development, and brings the changing of method and conception in production field. The characteristics of Virtual Reality Technology and product development process are expounded. Then the Virtual Reality Technology´s necessity and significance as well as the existing key technical problems in post-press processing equipment — die-cutting machine design and manufacture are analyzed. Finally in the foundation of research development and achievements of movement characteristics and elastic dynamics, for example of dual-elbow-bar mechanism, its motion simulation is realized on the basis of the nodes using Eon Studio.
