Abstract
Terrorism threats have increased in transport areas such as airports, train stations, and subways. An intelligent system is proposed to be integrated into transportation facilities, where passengerpsilas background information could be available based on the face images captured of these passengers. Capturing a face image of a passenger is not an easy task, especially in an environment where passengers are moving around and fast from place to place. In this paper, an overview of the intelligent system is presented, which uses fuzzy logic approach to activate and control one of the installed cameras.
