Abstract
In this paper we present a new shape memory alloys (SMAdasias) device which designed for people with eye sight disabilities. Using the accessory along with a computer graphic user interface, sightless people could percept and interact with computer analogous to a normal person. The major contribution of the proposed method is resembling of human perception using constructed SMApsilas device along with a HMI monitor. The proposed plan could also be employed extensively for tele-presence applications.
