Abstract :
With rapid development of economy & deterioration of eco-environment, heavy metal pollution has been a serious environmental problem in Yangtze River Delta. The typical events of heavy metal pollution happened in Shanghai, Nanjing, Taizhou, Wuxi & Ningbo. The research focuses on the Characteristics of heavy metal pollution in Yangtze River Delta and puts forwards five institutional innovations and three security systems for the control of heavy metal pollution. The results have important significance for control of heavy metal pollution in other parts of China.
