Abstract :
In this submission we describe the current status in the development of a fully integrated MMIC transceiver. The design targets commercial radio link applications near 60GHz. The fully integrated transceiver consists of an LNA, PA, up and down converting mixers, a frequency tripler and an active power splitter. The MMIC itself was fabricated using a commercial 0.25um GaAs pHEMT foundry process. Packaged and on-wafer measurements are also presented.
