This article take the central area urban cluster nine big locally administered level 1978-2006 year average per person GDP data as the material, the base short step GIS space autocorrelation method, system´s research central area urban cluster regional economies difference space and time evolution rule, finally demonstrated: In the central area urban cluster county territory whole presents certainly gathers the situation; But this kind gathers many games presently in Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Jiaozuo´s peripheral county territory, other county territory space relevance performance is not obvious; Zhengzhou is insufficient as region primate city´s radiation lead role ability; said from the time dimension after 1999 the central area urban cluster county territory economy gathered with the spatial relatedness whole in presents certain stability.
