Abstract :
The author shows that fuzzy k-parameters can be partially ordered by a meaningful relation called sharpness. Sharpening of fuzzy partitions decreases the amount of their fuzziness. It is proved that every partition can be approximated by a finite sequence of sharper partitions. A simple algorithm for obtaining this sequence is introduced
