Abstract :
They had an in-depth study on microcosmic formation mechanism of sedimentary fund of third-party payment platform, and emphatically analyzed main sources of sedimentary fund and main factors which impact the scale of sedimentary fund. On this basis, They proposed a measure model of sedimentary fund of the third party payment platform based on population model and estimated the scale of sedimentary fund. Utilizing population policy, they forecasted the macro-development trend of sedimentary fund. These research results will provide the theoretical guidance for the patulous research on risk, supervision, law, and techniques of sedimentary fund of third-party payment platform and the scientific basis for survival and development strategy, early risk warning of financial institutions, financial supervision and perfection of the correlative legal system etc.
