Abstract
Social capital between supplier-buyer relationships is growing a key factor to affect firm competitive advantage. Study on interorganizational citizenship behavior (ICB) is rare by now. Drawing on OCB and social capital theories, this paper considers the relationship comprehensively among ICB, social capital and buyer performance improvement in supplier-buyer relationships, proposes a new concept model and the corresponding propositions. In the concept model, social capital firsly mediates the relationship between ICB and firm level performance. Future research implications are discussed in the end of the paper.
