            Abstract : 
We have made an attempt to design and develop an expert system for providing advice before commencing a commute. Such a system is based on the concept of artificial intelligence and also makes use of a neural network based fault diagnostic unit while in motion. This will be helpful for commutes like ambulatory services, military movements, chartered tours, etc
