Abstract :
Though advantages of the intermodal transportation is considered during logistics park development, the technical integration of various transportation modes and systemic management are not fully emphasized. In this thesis, I will review logistics park development in the world and analyze the construction of logistics park in China, Especially, I will examine the recently planning and designing of Shanghai Zhabei Beijiao Logistics Park, and propose how to construct a road-rail intermodal transportation platform.
