Abstract
This article gives optimised second-order Debye parameters for human head tissues. Dielectric relaxation models currently given in the literature for head tissues are based on the Cole-Cole model. Although these models are very accurate they are arduously difficult to implement in time-domain simulations in terms of memory usage and computational time. It is thus asserted the presented 2nd order Debye model is more suited for electromagnetic simulation.
