A Way to Combat the Financial Crisis, from the Perspective of Supply Chain Management - Evidence from Chinese Troubled Enterprises

Wall Street financial tsunami has scratched the global economy into the winter and already had tangible effects on the real economy and business. Some Chinese enterprises landed in a predicament. How to cope with the financial crisis and transform the "crisis" into "opportunity" becomes a top priority. In this paper, the author analyzes those underlying factors that restrict enterprises\´ further developments, and then puts forward some countermeasures to current financial crisis from the perspective of supply chain management. These measures touch on five different aspects of business management, which include integrity management, corporate development strategy, self-owned brands building, quality control management, and information integration and sharing.
