Abstract
An electro-optic measurement system for imaging near-field distributions above radiating structures has been developed. Its functionality is demonstrated using a 4.7 GHz, 4Ã4 spatial power combining grid oscillator as an example device under test (DUT). The near-field patterns of all field components of this device are measured in amplitude as well as in phase. Additionally these measurements are performed at different distances above the device.
