Abstract :
A dual-polarization corporate-feed waveguide slot array antenna is designed for the 60GHz band. In order to realize the dual-polarization operation, the cross-shaped radiating slots and the multi-layer feeding structure are employed. The reflection bandwidths of the two polarizations are 5.0% and 8.1%, respectively, for VSWR less than 1.5. The antenna efficiencies of two polarizations are over 70% at a broad bandwidth of 5.0%. Also, a high isolation over 50 dB is achieved between the two polarizations.
