            Abstract : 
Dependences of the electrical dc conductivity and microwave relative dielectric permittivity of KH2PO4+CH4N2O crystals on the carbamide concentration are obtained. Features of the influence of the crystal growth sector on the conductivity and microwave dielectric permittivity of the crystals are determined.
