Abstract :
In this paper, a robust secure spread based image watermarking scheme based on 3-dimensional discrete cosine transform (3D-DCT) is proposed for copyright protection. Firstly, the color image is divided into 3-D blocks, and then these blocks are transformed into transform domain by 3D DCT transform, finally, the generated pseudo random sequence, as the watermark embedded, is embedded into the selected coefficients. Since the pixels among different color channels is much relative, the watermark can be embedded with good robustness in secure spread manner. The theoretic analysis and the experimental results support the conclusion well.
