Abstract :
At night, light distributes unevenly, the quality of night image is low usually. In this paper, we proposed an algorithm using fuzzy set to enhance the night color images. This algorithm enhances the dark region, restrains the glaring region and adjusts the contrast, then evens the luminance and brings out more details. Experiments tested on numerous scene images show that this algorithm is efficient and can preserve hue nicely.
