Abstract :
The conceptualization of business model has plunged into a dilemma of no consensus on its concept for a long time. This thesis reviews the relevant works, puts forward a proposition of abiding by microperspective and SCP paradigms in business model research, and offers some new explanations on the definition of business model and the relationship between it with those related managerial theories.
