Abstract
Current flow-out was analysed in parallel branches of an arm of a high-power converter depending on the static parameters of semiconductor diodes (the threshold voltage and the class of on-state voltage drop), branch resistance, and the converter´s arm current. It was shown that the uniformity coefficient of current flow-out depended on the characteristics of parallel connected diodes, and its value changed with the increasing current of the converter´s arm
