Analyzed the contractor´s material procurement process and management, and put forward that the contractor should use the quantitative order methods to order the material. Ensure the material supply timely, at the same time, also considered the impact of price fluctuations, and accordingly two kinds of procurement adjustment strategy are given, which can make the procurement cost and total inventory cost achieve the lowest.
