Abstract
The purpose of this study is determining the flood susceptibility to prioritize of sub-basins. At first the database includes 3 groups: physiography, climatology and environmental data are created. The proportional model to estimate floods in sub-basins is extracted by using GIS functions and statistical analyses. Based on the developed model using the area and concentration time the sub-basins are prioritized.
