Abstract :
Scattering probes can be utilized for microwave tomography applications based on the modulated scatterer technique. Using this technique, we demonstrated a novel tomography system by utilizing printed-wire probes in front of Vivaldi collectors, in which the number of the collectors and the probes were equal. In this paper, we show that the relative distance and the interaction of probes-collector in our multi collector system can change. The non-uniform distribution of probes, results in a system with less collectors and more probes. We show the reconstructed images of several measurement systems, including the non-probe system.
