Abstract :
By analysising a variety of factors that affect the quality of construction engineering quality, and using group factors theory, a group factors structural relations model that affect the project quality was established, the relationship between these factors and the degree that they impact on project quality was also analyzed. The results show that among those factors that affect the project quality, proprietor, investment and financing way, supervision, construction unit as well as bidding have the most far-reaching impact on project quality. The study also found that these five factors are mainly through construction supervision and building materials to play a role in project quality. So in order to improving the project quality, it is particularly important to seize these two points, and it is also important to monitor point of project quality.
