Abstract

The index evaluation system of logistics development in Henan Province is built. The interactional relationships between each index are decided by the expert investigation method, and the influence factors of logistics development are analyzed quantitatively by decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method. Based on this, the total-relation index of each factor is determined through systematical analysis, and the influence degree of each factor has been classified and arranged in order. Then centeral factors, causal factors and effect factors of logistics development of Henan Province are identified. And the corresponding strategies are proposed.
