Abstract
The method of production of low-energy (1-20 keV), dense (up to 100 kA/cm2) pulsed electron beam in Channel Spark based on intensive pre-ionization inside the channel and further applying the acceleration voltage is proposed and studied. Such a method allows one to increase significantly the beam current rise rate and its amplitude. The results obtained give an opportunity to improve the parameters of electron guns used for ablation.
