Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence factors of farmland circulation to offer the quantization basis and support for qualitative analysis on farmland circulation. Methods of sampling survey and Logistic were employed. The results indicate that following contribution rate in descending order, the influence factors of farmland circulation list the non-agricultural employment rate, the Engel coefficient, agricultural income in unit area, smooth transportation, the rate of signing a contract, the dominating factor of farmland circulation, the highest education degree of family, the food security rate, the development of economy, family members, agricultural labor members and the respondent age. It is concluded that the farmer desire of participating in farmland circulation is affected and restricted by many factors. The study proposed that we should create more employment opportunities for farmers, raise benefit of agriculture, enhance the construction of the rural base, strengthen the governmental function of supervision administration and service, enhance the ideological of some farmers, expand the ways to educate farmers and raise cultural qualities of farmers.
