Abstract :
Based on the BP neural network and the analysis of questions, set up a neural network model, using the neural network model to do factor analysis on financing preference indicators which impacting governance performance, and analyze the extent of the indicators to performance. The results of the analysis have a certain reference value to improve corporate governance performance and enhance enterprise value.
