Abstract
We present a novel sliding window generalized multichannel fast transversal filter (FTF) adaptive filtering algorithm (SGMFTF), which has a fast tracking property and can be employed in rapidly time varying environments. The SGMFTF algorithm is used as the decision feedback equalizer on the mobile radio channel. The simulation results, mean squared error and bit error rate, are presented.<>
