  • Abstract
    Based on the unification of Macroscopical and Microcosmic perspective, this paper considers the society equity of higher education from Macrography perspective, colleges recovery their costs of higher education. Meanwhile, it reflects the principle of one should pay for what his or her gains in higher education from Micrography perspective. And under the direction of the principle of maximize the total utilities among society, college and individual. From the quantificational aspect, we build a programming model and combine with computer simulation to study it.
