Abstract :
The paper comparatively analyzes investment costs and cash expenses of thirteen newly built sewage treatment plants in Henan Province, based on the actual research data. The research result suggests: Sewage treatment plants of the same construction scale in the same drainage basin and with similar processing and discharge standard, are different in investment costs and cash expenses. And the chief factor affecting investment costs of sewage treatment plants is civil working and equipment capital; while the principal element influencing cash expenses is electricity cost and rate of loading. Therefore, means of reasonable plans and scientific management and so forth could be applied to reduce investment costs and cash expenses of sewage treatment plants.
