Abstract
Supply chain management has attracted much attention from both practitioners and researchers. With the scope of this paper, 3 first-level indices and 9 second-level indices were chosen to construct a supply chain management performance evaluation indices system on the basis of research both domestic and international on supply chain management. Analytic network process (ANP) was adopted to model a multicriteria supply chain management performance evaluation indices system with dependence and feedback. Due to complexity in evaluating supply chain management indices system, it is difficult for decision-makers to provide exact numerical values for the factors. Therefore, a fuzzy ANP method was taken to calculate the weights of factors and sub-factors of the model, which can solve problems in an uncertain condition effectively.
