  • Abstract
    In order to enhance the oil spill emergency response ability, this paper introduces the case-based reasoning (CBR) technology to improve existing solutions and presents the idea of a marine oil-spilling emergency auxiliary decision-making system based on CBR. This paper also designs a characteristic attribute hierarchical diagram for marine oil-spilling accidents. A case overall similarity algorithm with the case structural similarity and attribute similarity is used to realize the required case retrieval and matching automatically. A numerical example illustrates that the system is able to give a reasonable and scientific result, so it can help the relevant people to improve the decision-making efficiency.
