At present human society has already entered the era of globalization and knowledge economy. Following the monetary capital, raw materials and labor force, the knowledge has become another important production factor. In order to adapt to the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge management, as the necessary infrastructure which the enterprise needs to strengthen its core force, has become an indispensable condition day by day. In the process of the knowledge management, the acquisition, sharing, innovation and application of knowledge will be influenced due to incorrect methods. This article proposes the Six-Step method which establish and implement the knowledge management, these six steps including clear objectives duties and flows, compiling the knowledge map and establishing the key document subject, compiling expert map and fulfilling accumulative responsibility of the key document, materializing the core knowledge and the key document, storing the core knowledge and the key document in databases, assessing and developing the knowledge management. So the management and sharing of knowledge is realized after these six steps.
