Abstract :
A miniature electron linear induction accelerator (Mini-LIA) is designed and constructed at Tsinghua University under the CAEP/Tsinghua collaboration. In this paper we present the beam characterizations for the Mini-LIA. The beam current is measured with a Faraday cup. The transverse beam profile is measured with a YAG screen. The beam energy is determined by observing the beam rotation angle in a solenoid, and the projected rms emittance is measured with the pepper-pot device.
