Abstract :
Establishing traceability systems is one of the effective approaches to dairy products safety. Based on the traceability mechanism of Integrated logistics, the article marks dairy products effectively and designs a architecture of traceability systems using modern information technology, after analyses the main security problem and its influencing factors of the dairy products logistics system. The article presents the process and characteristics of the architecture. Some advices are proposed to actualizing the traceability systems.
