Abstract :
Directional Medium Access Protocols in mobile ad hoc networks are expected to provide improvement in terms of efficiency, throughput and connectivity. In this paper an improved DMAC has been proposed for multi hop wireless ad hoc networks, which will improve performance of network eliminating hidden terminal and overall connectivity by using directional-directional antenna model.
