  • Abstract
    An antenna-in-package solution implemented in a multi-layer PCB technology is introduced. The antenna is a slotted patch which is fed by a CPW line through a capacitive coupling mechanism. The structure yields return losses better than 10 dB from 65 GHz to 85 GHz. Moreover, there is an acceptable agreement between simulated and measured patterns which shows the applicability of the proposed solution for millimeter wave applications.
