  • Abstract
    This paper presents an aperture-coupled patch antenna integrated in the RFIC package environment for 60 GHz applications. The package is based on multilayer organic technology, so it can be fabricated by PCB manufacturers. The antenna has at least 6 dBi gain at the 60 GHz band.
